Junk Fax Filter
Purpose:
To reject unwanted faxes by accepting faxes only from the fax numbers registered in the Fax Address Book.
Values:
Secure Receive
NOTE:
• Secure Receive feature is available only when Panel Lock Set is set to Enable.
Purpose:
To specify whether to require a passcode to receive faxes, and to set or change the passcode.

Forward Settings
NOTE:
• The E-mail and Print feature is available only when E-mail information and Forwarding E-mail Address are registered.

• The Forward to Server and Forward to Server and Print feature are available only when information about
shared folders and servers are registered in Forward to Server Settings. For details about shared folders on servers, see the
Help on the CentreWare Internet Services.
• The forwarding fax job may fail when Forward Settings is set to Forward to E-mail. Because your printer judges that
forwarding is finished when a fax reaches the first SMTP server even if it does not reach the destination e-mail address. Also
your printer deletes the received faxes, so you cannot resend or print the fax job.
Purpose:
To set whether to forward incoming faxes to a specified destination.
Values:
Off* Does not reject faxes sent from unwanted numbers.
On Rejects faxes sent from unwanted numbers.
Secure Receive
Set
Disable* Does not require a passcode to receive faxes.
Enable Requires a passcode to receive faxes.

0000-9999 Sets or change the passcode required to receive faxes
Off* Does not forward incoming faxes.
Forward Forwards incoming faxes to a specified destination. Prints incoming faxes if an
error occurs during the transfer.

Number
Specifies the Fax number of the destination to which incoming faxes will be
forwarded.
Forward and
Print
Forwards incoming faxes to a specified destination and also prints incoming
faxes.
Forwarding
Number
Specifies the Fax number of the destination to which incoming faxes will be
forwarded.
Forward to E-mail Forwards incoming faxes to a specified e-mail address.
E-mail and Print Forwards incoming faxes to a specified e-mail address and also prints incoming
faxes.
Forward to Server Forwards incoming faxes to a specified server.
Forward to Server and Print Prints incoming faxes and also forwards them to a specified server.
