4.11 Alarm Output Setting
4.11.1 SYSTEM FAIL alarm output setting
When the processor unit RPU-013 fails, SYSTEM FAIL ALARM detected by the control
unit is outputted from EXT ALARM terminal J612-#11/12 of RPU-013. The setting for
alarm output is executed as shown below.
