6-2-2. Layout positions of main parts
Operation panel and maintenance unit
Operation panel
The operation panel is located on the right of the front of the main unit. The following circuit boards are incorporated
here.
1. Main circuit board (SB7016)
This circuit board serves to control the printer operation.
2. Panel control circuit board (SB5076)
This circuit board serves to control the display of the printer status.
3. Panel circuit board (SB4746)
This circuit board serves to control the input operation.
4. LCD unit (A63530)
This unit serves to display the printer status.
Maintenance unit
The following circuit boards are located at the left inside the main unit.
5. Maintenance circuit board (SB4700)
This circuit board serves to control the maintenance mechanism for respective color inks and white ink. And, it also
controls white ink circulation motor.
