6-2-11. Preparation for replacement of electric components inside panel unit
Described here is about the way to access the circuit board inside the panel unit.
In the case that the power is turned on, press the power switch to turn off the power.
Unplug the power cord from the main unit and start the work after five or more minutes have passed.
Disassembly
(1) With reference to "6-2-10. Replacement of panel main unit assy", remove the cover PB and cover DBR.
(2) Detach the connector harness of the power circuit board from the cord clamp and loosen the harness treatment.
(3) Disconnect only CN13 (POWER SW) among the power circuit board connectors.
(4) Open the cord clamp on the right inside the main unit and loosen the harness treatment.
(5) Draw the CN13 (POWER SW) harness toward the inside of the main unit.
(6) Remove the two screws located on the bottom of the cartridge cover.
(7) With reference to "6-2-4. Replacement of main circuit board", detach the main circuit board.
