Item is used for the adjustment of the printing position.
For details, refer to "6-1-10. Print position adjust".
3-1-5-11. Solid print
Solid patterns incorporated into the printer is output.
Solid patterns are utilized for the confirmation of cracks occurring in tubes as well as for the confirmation of banding.
14 x 16 Solid print patterns are printed to cover approximately the entire area of the platen. As this involves discharging
an excessive quantity of ink, the pattern should be printed on a cloth exceeding 14 by 16 inches in size instead of paper.
The print consists of the following pattern (as represented by black ink).
<IMPORTANT>
ï‚· Print pattern for checking nozzles is provided as a sub-menu item under the [Solid Print] item and includes [Nozzle Check White
420]. [Nozzle Check White 420] is used when printout from this menu is required by the Brother service staff.
ï‚· This pattern differs with the nozzle check printout pattern for the user menu in that the ink is discharged from head nozzles not
used in printing. The presence of inert pins in the pattern output with [Nozzle Check White 420] does not significantly influence
the quality of the printing.
