CYLINDER HEADNALVE
Install the ignition coil primary wire clip [1) to Ihe ignition
coil bracket 12].
Connecllhe ECT sensor 2P connector 13] and ignition
coil primary connectors {4] .
Inslalilhe following:
- quick connect fitting (page 7-9)
- fuel
lank (page 7-20)
CAMSHAFT REMOVAL
Remove the following:
- cylinder(page 11-4)
- primary drive gear (page 12-13)
Ma lt the followers Remove Ihe cam followers [1 J from the crankcase.

Push in th e tensloner lifter shaft [1] while pressing Ihe
ratchet pawl (2] and insert a pin in to the hole [3] to hold
the tensionar lifter shaft.
Remove the two
bolts [4) and cam chain tensioner lifter

Remove the following:
- tensioner pivot bolt [1J
- cam chain tensioner [2 ]
- washer [3]
