SPARK ARRESTER
Remove the arrester
bolt
[1].
Block
the
end
of
the muffler with a shop toweL
Start the engine
with
the transmisSIOn In neutral , and
purge accumulated carbon from the muffler by
momentarily revving the engine several times.
Stop the engine and allow the exhaust system to cool.
Install the boll and lighten it securely.
