Remove the following:
- two CKP sensor bolts (1]
- four stator bolts

groove
securely,
Apply locking agent
to
the
threads of the CKP sensor
boll

Install the stator bolts

and CKP sensor bolts, and
lighten them
to
the specified torque.

REPLACEMENT
Turn the inner race
of
the
bearing

with your finger.
The
bearing should turn
smoothly
and
quietly.
Also check that the bearing outer race fits tightly in t
he
rear crankcase
cover
.
Replace the bearing if the inner race does not turn
smoothly, quietly or if the outer race fits loosely
in
the
cover.
Drive the bearing out
of
the cover.
Apply engine oil to a new bearing .
Drive the bearing into the cover
with the marked side
facing up.
