REMOVAL
Remove the following:
- mudguards (page 2·6)
front fender/carrier (page 2-8)
- front wheels (page 16-13)
- meter cover slay (page 16-8)
- bolt [11 and clutch arm cover (2] (release from the
two tabs (3])
- adjusting nut (4]
- cable retaining plate (5]
- 2WD/4WD selector cable (6) (remove from the cable
holder [7) and joint pin [8])
- cable spring

- jOint pin
Release the wire clip [1).
Remove the following connectors from the frame and
disconnect them:
-
FPM : handlebar switch 10P (Green) [2)
FPE: handlebar switch 14P (Green) [2]
- ignition switch 4P (While) [3]
- front sub-wire harness
14P (Gray) [4)
Remove the following:
- EPS motor 2P (Gray) connector (1]
- torque sensor 3P (Gray) connector 121
