cmnkshaft during the crankcase with the sprocket hole facing
up
and
installation.

the crankshaft.

Install the camshaft into the crankcase completely and
make sure that the camshaft pin and index
mark (\7)
line
up.
Apply
locking agent to the threads
of
the setting plate

Install the bearing selling plate

onto the crankcase
and tighten the bolt securely.
Apply locking agent to the threads
of
the tensioner pivot
bolt

Install the washer

(in between the tensioner and
crankcase), cam
chain tensioner

and pivot bolt, and
tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 12

Push
in
the tensioner lifter shaft (1] while pressing the
ralchet pawl (

and insert a pin

into the hole to hold
the tensioner
lifter shaft.
