Remove the element band (1] and the element core [2J
from the air cleaner element 1 31.
Wash the element and filter In non-flammable or high
flash point solvent.
Squeeze out the so lvent thoroughly. and allow the
element and filter to dry.
Apply approximately 20 9 (0.7 oz) of Pro Honda Foam
Filler Oil [11 or equivalent oil from the inside of the
element.
Place the element into a plastic bag [2J and spread the
oil evenly by hand.
Install the element core III into the air cleaner element
[21 properly.
Install the element band [3] onlo the element flange.
