18.2.12 When output load device of output module does not turn on
The following flowchart shows procedures to be taken when the output load device of the
output module does not turn on during operation of the C Controller system.

Is the output LED of
the output module lit?
Output module failure
Replace the output module.
Check and correct the wiring and
load.
Change the output relay number and
let the load maximum simultaneous
on current to within the specification.
Check the load wire and load,
and recover the power supply.
Check the power supply load wire
and recover the power supply.

The output load does not turn on.
Is for the power voltage for
the load applied?
Is the supply
voltage being output
between respective output COM
terminals of the output
module?
When the
maximum number of
outputs turns on simultaneously,
is the rush current within the
specified range?
