Printed Report
Memory Storage Report
This report is printed after an original
is stored in memory. It helps you re-
view the contents and the destina-
tions of stored originals.
Limitation
âť’ If you use Parallel Memory Trans-
mission, the Memory Storage Re-
port is not printed.
Note
âť’ You can turn this report on and off.
See p.80 “User Parameters”
(switch 03, bit 2).
âť’ Even if the machine is set up not to
print this report, it is still printed if
an original could not be stored.
âť’ You can select whether to include
part of the original image on the re-
port. See p.80 “User Parameters”
(switch 04, bit 7).
Transmission Result Report
(Memory Transmission)
This report is printed when a Memo-
ry Transmission is completed, so you
can check the result of the transmis-
sion. If E-mail TX Results is pro-
grammed in a User Function key, you
can select whether a report e-mail is
sent after transmission.
Note
âť’ If two or more destinations are
specified, this report is printed af-
ter the fax message has been sent to
all the destinations.
âť’
If the machine is set up not to print
this report and the fax message
could not be successfully trans-
mitted, a Communication Failure
Report is printed. See
p.36 “Com-
munication Failure Report”

âť’ You can turn this function on or off
with the User Parameters. See p.80
“User Parameters” (switch 03, bit
0).
âť’ You can select whether to include
part of the original image on the re-

âť’ To view the report without text
disruption, select a font of even
character width in your e-mail ap-
plication's settings.
âť’ The Page column gives the total
number of pages. The Not Sent col-
umn gives the number of pages
that could not be sent successfully.
âť’ -- column indicates the Internet
Fax was sent to the mail server pro-
grammed in this machine. (How-
ever, this does not mean the e-mail
was delivered.)
