0: Off. The toner bottle fan switches off when the machine's operation switch is
turned off and when the machine enters the night mode.
1: On: Toner bottle fan remains on.
Switch on in an extremely hot environment to prevent the toner from overheating
and clumping.

Recovers the machine when an SC is logged because the ID Sensor Initial
Setting is not done after doing an NVRAM Clear or replacing the NVRAM. Reset
