(b) Install the nut.
35. (w/ PCS)
INSTALL PCS ACTUATOR
(a) Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, install the PCS
actuator assembly with the two bolts.
(b) Install the clip.
(c) Install the PCS adjusting screw.
36. (w/ ACSD)
INSTALL THERMO WAX
(a) Using a screwdriver, turn the cold starting lever coun-
terclockwise approx. 20°.
(b) Put a metal plate (thickness of 3.5-7.5 mm
(0.138-0.295 in.)) between the cold starting lever
and thermo wax plunger.
(c) Install a new O-ring and the thermo wax with the two
bolts.
