CAUTION:
INSTALLATION
Reverse the “REMOVAL” procedure.
Note the following points.
1. Install:
 Radiator assembly
2. Fill:
 Cooling system
Refer to “COOLANT REPLACEMENT” in
CHAPTER 3.
3. Inspect:
 Cooling system
Decrease of pressure (leaks)  Repair as re-
quired.
Inspection steps:
 Attach the radiator cap tester
1 to the radiator.
Radiator cap tester:
90890-01325
Adapter:
90890-01352
 Apply 100 kPa (1.0 kg/cm
2
, 1.0 bar) pressure.
Do not apply pressure that is more than the
specification mentioned above.
 Measure the indicated pressure with the gauge.
