FRONT AND REAR BRAKE

NOTE:
WARNING
CALIPER DISASSEMBLY
Before disassembling the front brake caliper or
rear brake caliper, drain the brake hose, master
cylinder, brake caliper and brake reservoir of their
brake fluid.
1. Remove:
 Pistons
 Piston seals

Removal steps:
 Using a wood piece
2 , lock the right side piston.
 Blow compressed air into the hose joint opening
a
to force out the left side piston from the caliper
body.
 Remove the piston seals and reinstall the piston.
 Repeat previous step to force out the right side
piston from the caliper body.
 Never try to pry out the piston.
 Do not loosen the bolts
