FRONT AND REAR BRAKE

NOTE:
WARNING
CALIPER DISASSEMBLY
Before disassembling the front brake caliper or
rear brake caliper, drain the brake hose, master
cylinder, brake caliper and brake reservoir of their
brake fluid.
1. Remove:
Pistons
Piston seals

Removal steps:
Using a wood piece
2 , lock the right side piston.
Blow compressed air into the hose joint opening
a
to force out the left side piston from the caliper
body.
Remove the piston seals and reinstall the piston.
Repeat previous step to force out the right side
piston from the caliper body.
Never try to pry out the piston.
Do not loosen the bolts
