(c) Specifications of CSV format
The system information is saved in the following CSV format.
1) Columns are separated by a comma "," (ASCII code: 2C
H).
2) The line feed code is CR/LF. (ASCII code: CR=0D
H, LF=0AH)
3) Displays the IP address of the C Controller module.
4) Stores the "CPU status" in the same arrangement as on the system
information screen.
When the CPU modules No. 2 to 4 are used, the information of each CPU
module is stored on the second to fourth lines.
