Creating Recipient Groups
You can register addresses for broadcast transmission as a group.
Note that recipients to be added to a group must be registered in the Address Book in
advance.
Group recipient can be specified when sending Email or Fax.
The maximum number of groups that can be registered is 500 (250 for email groups and 250 for fax groups).

Tap [Address Book] on the Home screen.

Tap [+] on the upper right corner of the screen.

Tap [Add Group].

Tap the group type.

Enter a group name, and tap [Done].
To add a group to [Favorites], tap .

Tap [Add Member].

Tap a recipient to be registered.

Tap [OK].

When you finish adding the recipient, tap [OK] on the [Add Group] screen.
