Scanner Environment Settings
The scan feature settings should be made by the system administrator.
Configuration of Scan to Folder
Before using this feature, the following settings are required.
TCP/IP address
Enabling port
Registering a folder
Installing software
For information on how to set a TCP/IP address, refer to "[Protocol Settings]" (P.305).
Enabling Port

Log in to the System Administration mode.
For more information, refer to "Login to Authentication Mode" (P.77).

Tap [Device] on the Home screen.

Enable the port.
1) Tap [Connectivity & Network Setup] > [Port Settings] > [SNMP] > [Port Status].
2) Tap [Enabled].
3) Tap [<] to return to the [Port Settings] screen.
4) Tap [SOAP] > [Port Status].
5) Tap [Enabled].
6) Tap [<] to return to the [Port Settings] screen.
7) Tap [WebDAV] > [Port Status].
8) Tap [Enabled].

Press the Home button.
Rebooting the device is required to enable the settings. Reboot the device following the message on the
screen.
Registering a Folder
Register a folder to store scanned data.
For information on registering a folder, refer to "Creating a Folder" (P.188).
