Whenmorethanonealarmoccursatthesametime,themonitorwillsoundan
alarmtoneforthehighestpriorityalarm.Anylowerpriorityaudiblealarmtonesare
suppressedbythehigherpriorityalarmtone.

Thealarmtonesmaybeconguredtosoundinoneoftwodifferenttonepatterns:
LegacyorIEC.IECtonesare60601-1-8compliant.Legacyalarmtonesmatchthe
tonesusedonsomepreviousGEmonitoringdevices.

Adjustingthealarmvolume
TheselectionsintheAlarmsSetupmenuvaryaccordingtowhathasbeencongured
intheCareUnitSettings>Alarms(passwordprotected).
1.SelectAlarmsSetupfromthemainmenu.
2.SelecttheAudible&Visualtab.
3.SelecttheVolume&Lighttab.
●AdjusttheAlarmVolumevalue.Thisisthevolumeforallalarms.
●AdjusttheAlarmVolumefor:separatelyforHigh&MediumPriorityandLow
Priority.
Thelowerthenumber,thequieterthealarmvolume.Notethattheminimumallowed
alarmvolumelevelsaresetintheCareUnitSettings.
Audiblealarmsignalsandprioritylevels
