4-4-4 Color Doppler Mode Checks
NOTE: Different menus are displayed depending on which Color Doppler Mode (CFM, PD, HD-FLow) is
selected.
NOTE: Pressing the CF
key on the control panel activates the color mode. Selecting C on the alphanumeric
keyboard, activates the CFM.

Color Box Position and
Color Box Size
Adjust the Box- Position resp. Size with the TRACKBALL
in the 2DSingle image.
The upper trackball key
changes from Box position to Box size.

CFM Gain
PD Gain
HD-Flow Gain
Rotate the CF MODE
key to ensure that continuous flow is displayed, where appropriate.
Rotate the CF MODE
key to adjust the Power Doppler Gain
Rotate the CF MODE
key to adjust the Bi-Directional Angio Gain

STEERING
Beam Steering is only possible with linear probes in CFM, PD and HD-Flow Mode.

INVERT The color of the color wedge inverts around the baseline. (impossible in PD Mode)

ZOOM Image magnification (PAN-Zoom) in read- and write mode.

QUALITY Improves the Color Resolution by reducing the image frame rate, respectively vice versa.

WMF (Wall Motion Filter)
Used to eliminate Doppler “noise” that is caused by vessel wall or cardiac wall motion.
(CFM,PD, HD-Flow)

PRF
By adjusting toward up the PRF increases. By adjusting toward the PRF decreases.
