M MODE
rotary control: Rotation about the Z-axis of the reference image.

NICHE
Parts of the orthogonal sections A, B and C are compiled to a 3D-section aspect.
The aspect shows a quasi spatial cut into the reference image.

In Color flow, ROI can be steered using this button (in Linear probes)
In 3D/4D Mode, the button resets the image to its initial position.
