HEAT1 = Heat control power of PID.1
COOL1 = Cool control power of PID.1
PV1 = Process variable 1
SSP1 = Active setpoint of PID.1
SETP1 = Local setpoint of PID.1
DEVI1 = Deviation |SSp-PV| of PID.1
SERIA = Value set from serial line
if the Programmer 1 function is enabled in parameter PROGR on the EN.FUN menu:
SLV.S1 = Slaved setpoint of PROGR.1
