Switching on rear air conditioning
system
To switch the rear air conditioning system
on:
>
Select maximum cooling effect
>
Press the OFF button a second time
>
In the control display, select and confirm
"Rear air conditioning system", see below.
Whenever you switch on the rear air
conditioning system, the rear cool
box comes on automatically, see
page 109.

Adjusting cooling effect
You can adjust the desired
cooling effect by turning the
knob. A medium setting is
recommended. During the
journey, the chosen setting is
reached as quickly as possible in summer
and in winter and maintained at a
constant value.
Adjusting air supply manually
Turn to vary the air supply.
Maximum cooling effect
This program rapidly achieves
the maximum cooling effect.
The system switches to the recirculated-air
mode and air emerges at the maximum flow
rate from the ventilation grilles. Be sure to
keep these grilles open when you select
this program.
Switching off rear air conditioning
system
Air conditioning is switched off.
Press the button again to
switch it back on.
Switching on/off in control display
1. With the ignition switched on, select
menu "Climate"
2. Switch to the second page of the
menu "Climate"
3. Select "Extra" and confirm
4. Select "Rear air conditioning system"
and confirm.
Maximum cooling effect is activated
automatically when you switch on the
rear air conditioning system in the control
display.

Select "Rear air condition." again and
confirm to switch it off.
Rear-seat area ventilation
You can adjust the airflow direction with the
lever
