Assistance window

While you are using the control centre, the
assistance window allows you to see
displays for another item of equipment that
is currently active in parallel.
You can call up the following displays in it:

Brief help texts and supplementary infor-
mation on the selected menu items
>
A function selected in the menu "On-
board data", see page 84
>
The route for vehicles with a navigation
system, see page 127.
Help texts in the assistance window
You can show or hide the help texts and
supplementary information on the selected
menu items in the assistance window.
1. Select "Help" in the start menu
2. Select "Brief info" and confirm. The help
texts are called up in the assistance
window
3. Confirm a further time to hide the infor-
mation displayed automatically.
Calling up menu name
When switching to a new menu, you can
have the name of the new menu called up
briefly.
1. Select "Help" in the start menu
2. Select and confirm "Menu name".
