inal hand-held transmitter, see arrow

time. Release both buttons when the indi-
cator light flashes rapidly
5. To program additional original hand-
held transmitters, repeat steps 3 and 4.
The channel buttons you have chosen are
then programmed with the signal from the
corresponding original hand-held transmit-
ters.

When programming the universal garage
door control, consult the operating instruc-
tions for the device in question.
When programming an alternating-code
hand-held transmitter, the following points
should in addition be noted:
Programming will be easier if another
person is available to assist you.

1. Program the integrated universal garage
door control as described above under
Programming
2. Hold the programming button on the
alternating-code hand-held transmitter
pressed for about two seconds, until its
programming light comes on
3. Press the desired channel button on the
universal garage door control three times.

Clearing the channel keys

Individual channel buttons cannot be deac-
tivated. However, it is possible to clear all
three channel buttons together as follows:

Press the two outer channel buttons of
the universal garage door control until the
indicator light flashes, then release them.

With ignition in radio position onwards,
briefly press the button to operate.
Roller sun blinds for rear windows
With ignition in radio position onwards,
press the corresponding button briefly to
operate.

Changeover switch for other side
The roller blind for the side window
can only be raised when the side
window is closed. If the side window is
open, the roller blind is raised only a short
distance, then immediately lowered
again.

Briefly press the safety switch in the
driver's door, see page 39. The indi-
