Adjusting front passenger's seat
from the rear
You can adjust the front passenger's seat
from the rear, e.g. to obtain more leg room
at the rear.
Press button, see arrow, to activate the
function.

Press button again, see arrow, to deacti-
vate the function.
Adjusting basic position
The basic position of the rear seats can be
adjusted with the button. Hold the button
pressed until the seat adjustment process
is finished.
It may be necessary to restore the
seat's basic position e.g. if fitting a
child seat restraint system, see page 53.

Head restraints
Note on adjusting
Head restraints reduce the risk of
neck injuries in the event of an acci-
dent.
The head restraint should be aligned with
its centre at approximately ear level.

Height adjustment
The height of the head restraint is adjusted
automatically in accordance with the seat's
longitudinal position.
You can in addition adjust the height
of the head restraints by hand or elec-
trically, depending on the type of seat.
