Destination list
This list contains current destinations that
have already been entered, with the desti-
nation entered most recently at the top of
the list.
The entries can be edited in this list; to do
this, select the entry in question.

Edit with "CHANGE", see "ABC..." for
the procedure. In this case, the entries are
stored in the address book with "AS
ADDRESS" and transferred to the destina-
tion list with "ACCEPT"

Remove with "DELETE"
>
Use to move the address in the
destination list. This enables you to modify
the route.
Delete all existing entries:
Select and confirm.
Selecting a route
The navigation system allows you to
specify the type of route you would like to
take. You can thus select the priorities
according to which the route is deter-
mined:

"Using m otorway"
or
>>Motorway<<.
<
Motorways and arterial roads are given
priority
>
"Avoid motorway"
or
>>Without motorway<<.
<
Motorways are avoided as far as possible
>
"Fastest route"
or
>>Fastest route<<.
<
This is a combination of the fastest roads,
as direct a route as possible and as little
traffic congestion as possible
>
"Shortest route"
or
>>Shortest route<<.
<
Shortest distance, irrespective of how fast
or slow progress will be
>
"Avoid tolls"
Toll roads are avoided as far as possible.
You can change the type of route both
when selecting a destination, and as often
as desired while route guidance is in oper-
ation the system will always adapt to your
wishes.
1. Select "Route select" and confirm.
The various options are listed on the right-
hand side of the control display
2. Select the desired priority for the route
and confirm.
