vmps reconfirm (privileged EXEC)
To immediately send VLAN Query Protocol (VQP) queries to reconfirm all dynamic VLAN assignments
with the VLAN Membership Policy Server (VMPS), use the vmps reconfirm command.
vmps reconfirm
Syntax Description This command has no arguments or keywords.
Defaults This command has no default settings.

Usage Guidelines You can verify your setting by entering the show vmps command and examining the VMPS Action row
of the Reconfirmation Status section. The show vmps command shows the result of the last time the
assignments were reconfirmed either because the reconfirmation timer expired or because the vmps
reconfirm command was entered.
Examples This example shows how to immediately send VQP queries to the VMPS:
Switch# vmps reconfirm
Switch#
