Thesystemissituatedinsidetheairltercase,containsavalve
forcheckingairowunderneaththethrottledbodythrottlesand
is equipped with a stepper motor.
The system controls the following parameters:
• Idle speed
• Air supply in case of engine overspeed
• Adjustment of air/fuel ratio by working at idle speed at
altitudes above sea level.
• Adjustment of air/fuel ratio in cold/hot setting-off.
When the stepper motor is activated, it opens the valve that
controlstheairowandallowsacertainairowtorunoffalong
a series of hoses in the throttled body unit.
