The fields that can be configured are described below:
Parameter Description
Click the radio buttons to enable or disable IMPB roaming.
Trap / Log
Click the radio buttons to enable or disable the sending of trap/log messages for
IP-MAC-port binding. When Enabled, the Switch will send a trap message to the
SNMP agent and the Switch log when an ARP packet is received that doesn’t
match the IP-MAC-port binding configuration set on the Switch. The default is
DHCP Snooping (IPv4)
Click the radio buttons to enable or disable DHCP snooping (IPv4) for IP-MAC-port
binding. The default is Disabled.
DHCP Snooping (IPv6)
Click the radio buttons to enable or disable DHCP snooping (IPv6) for IP-MAC-port
binding. The default is Disabled.
ND Snooping
Click the radio buttons to enable or disable enable ND snooping on the Switch.
Recover Learning Ports
Enter the port numbers used to recover the learning port state. Tick the All check
box to apply to all ports.
Enter an interval in second used by the auto-recovery mechanism.
File Name Enter the location of the file or click the Browse button to navigate to the file for

Click the radio buttons to enable or disable the auto-saving state of DHCPv4
snooping binding entries.
Click the Apply button to accept the changes made for each individual section.

Click the Save button to save the DHCPv4 snooping binding entres.
IMPB Port Settings
Select a port or a range of ports with the From Port and To Port fields. Enable or disable the port with the State,
Allow Zero IP and Forward DHCP Packet field, and configure the port’s Max Entry.
