3.11 Selecting a combine originals setting
Original images of multiple pages (2, 4 or 8 pages) can be combined and
printed on a single page, reducing paper use.

Detail
When a Combine Originals setting is selected, the auto display zoom ra-
tio is selected, and the original image is copied at a reduced size.
The auto display zoom ratios for each setting are listed below.
- 2 in 1: ×0.647
- 4 in 1: ×0.500
- 8 in 1: ×0.323

Note
The default setting is the Auto Display Zoom Ratio.
By using the “Auto Zoom for Combine/Booklet” parameter in Utility
mode, the machine can be set so that the auto display zoom ratios are
not recalled. For details, refer to “Copier setting” on page 12-22.
