FRONT PROP SHAFT INSTALLATION
1. Install front of prop shaft first. Slide prop shaft forward
enough to allow rear of prop shaft enough clearance
to fit through the opening in the floor.
2. Engage the rear of the prop shaft first, then the front.
3. Install prop shaft pin in the front prop shaft.
4. Install two Carrier Bolts

. Torque Carrier Bolts to
specification
TORQUE
Carrier Bolts:
40 ft-lbs (54 Nm)
5. Install the plastic intake. Engage the rear rubber lines
to the plastic intake. Engage the front rubber boots
over the plastic intake.
NOTE
Use a small pic to help aid in getting the rubber lines to
engage of all sides of the plastic intake.
6. Tighten four Hose Clamps

retaining the hard
intake line from the rubber lines. Torque Worm
Clamps to specification
TORQUE
Hose Clamp:
35 in-lbs (4 Nm)
7. Route the Electrical Harness
u
back into the center
of the hard plastic intake.
8. Install two push rivets to the hard intake line.
