5A-19 Automatic Transmission:
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Pay
attention to the following points:
• Install the bearing with the special tool.
Special tool
(A): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
CAUTION
!
The removed bearing must be replaced with a
new one.
• Install new snap ring.
• Install new oil seal with the special tool.
CAUTION
!
The removed snap ring and oil seal must be
replaced with new ones.
Special tool
(A): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
• Apply grease to the rip of the oil seal.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)

Refer to “Clutch Shoe Removal and Installation
(Page 5A-16)”.
Disassembly
1) Remove the clutch wheel (1) from V-belt inner cover.
2) Remove the collar (2).
