11.2 1 TRIP AND 2 CLOSE RELAYS 11.2.1 DESCRIPTION
A “Seal In Time” can be programmed for the 1 TRIP relay. This time is added to the reset time of the 1 TRIP
relay, thus extending its pulse width. This is for use in applications where the 52 contacts reporting breaker
state to the 750/760 are faster than the 52 contacts that are responsible for interrupting coil current.
11.2.2 SETTINGS
Similarly, a “Seal In Time” can be programmed for the 2 CLOSE relay. This time is added to the reset time of
the 2 CLOSE relay, thus extending its pulse width. This is for use in applications where the 52 contacts report-
ing breaker state to the 750/760 are faster than the 52 contacts that are responsible for interrupting coil cur-
rent.
