1 INTRODUCTION
This Job Card is intended as an aid to troubleshooting Rotation movement problems, associated with the
following Rotation errors:
• 112/011 - Rotation Overspeed (HALT)
• 112/012 - Rotation Lowspeed (WARNING)
• 112/023 - Uncontrolled Rotation Motion (HALT)
Note:
On the Gantry LCD display, these errors display the text Rotation control error next to the error
code.
1-1 FRU to Error Code Matrix
The following table lists the potentially faulty FRUs starting with the highest occurrence probability down
to the lowest one, depending on the raised Rotation error.
Note:
The errors in the table above can not be due to a faulty Rotation Gear Gas Spring.
Rotation Error Potential Faulty
112/011 - Rotation Overspeed (HALT) 1. Cabling (bad routing of cables)
2. Grease (for Lift and Rotation) (correct application of)
3. Rotation Gas Spring
4. Rotation board
5. Rotation Motor
112/012 - Rotation Lowspeed (WARNING)
112/023 - Uncontrolled Rotation Motion
(HALT)
Note: Only Grease for Lift and Rotation (5212483) (Orapi CT FLON 607) must ever be used on the Gantry. Use
of other types of grease are not permitted on the Gantry since they may have different characteristics than that
required.
