6-1 Other General Inspection Checks
6-1-1 Visual inspection of cables
Check the appearance of all visible cables and correct hazardous trailing cables in the room.
6-1-2 Visual inspection of equipment
Note any signs of damage to covers, monitor support, etc.
6-1-3 Inspect the Radiation Screen
Check for breaks or cracks in the glass, gaps or cracks in the frame, and for correct, stable mounting,
etc.
6-2 System Cover Checks
6-2-1 Generator cover check
Check covers for security and presence of screw caps, and for damage, scratches, etc.
6-2-2 Gantry cover check
Check covers for security and presence of screw caps, and for damage, scratches, etc.
6-2-3 Control Station cover check
Check covers for security and presence of screw caps, and for damage, scratches, etc.
