Edit Department Name
Click the department name to edit. Click Operator Edit Department Name
from the menu or click Dept. Name in the toolbar. The Unassigned designation
cannot be changed.
Operator and Certification Reports
Click on the down arrow next to Report in the Operator Workspace toolbar and
click on Summary or Expiration.
Operator Summary
: Summaries of operators can be viewed and printed by:
• This method and department only (department and method selected
with symbol)
• This method, all departments (method selected with
symbol)
• All methods, all departments
The reports include operator IDs, operator names, certified from date,
certified until date, comments, a checkmark if certification has expired
and the operator’s alternate IDs grouped by department and method.
Operator Certification Expiration
: This report allows the certification status of
operators to be viewed.
