The optimal integral gain of the maximum voltage controller can not be calculated
from the equivalent circuit data of the motor.
The minimum required value for fc02 can be rough calculated from the desired dy-
namics of the application.
Example:
A negative Id of 100% Irated shall be build up in 20ms. The setpoint fc03 shall be
97% and the maximum value fc04 shall be 103%.
= fc04 – fc03 = 6%, if the controller is inside the limit
= 100 / 6 / 0.02 = 833 %Irated / %U / second => Ki (fc02) must be selected >833%, be-
cause the voltage limitation is to be avoided.
