roller sun blinds from being operated at the
switches in the rear seat area, for instance
by children.
Be sure to keep the closing range of the
roller sun blinds free from obstructions
during this process. When leaving the car,
always remove the remote control from the
ignition lock and close the doors, so that
children cannot operate the roller sun
blinds and possibly injure themselves.

Extending or retracting roller sun

You can raise or lower all the roller sun
blinds together by holding button

button in the driver's door pressed for a
short while.
Rear cool box

The rear cool box is located behind the
centre armrest on the rear seat.
Switching on
Press button, see arrow

On cars with a rear air conditioning
system, the rear cool box is cooled
while the engine is running, provided it is
switched on.
High temperatures in the luggage compart-
ment can influence the temperature in the
rear cool box.

To open
Press the button and open the cool box,

Switching on/off in control display

If you switch on the rear air condi-
tioning system, the rear cool box is
likewise switched on and cooled while the
engine is running.

1. With the ignition switched on, select
menu "Climate"
2. Switch to the second page of the
menu "Climate"
3. Select "Extra" and confirm
4. Select "Rear cool box" and confirm.
Select "Rear cool box" again and confirm to
switch it off.
Glove box
To open
Press the button. The glove box opens
automatically and the light comes on.
To close
Swing the lid up.
After using the glove box, close its lid
without delay, so that it cannot cause
injury in the event of an accident.
