Lumbar support
The seat back contour can be altered to
provide more support to the curved
(lumbar) section of the spine.
The upper edge of the pelvis and the spinal
column are supported, to encourage an
upright but relaxed seated position.
To increase or reduce the curvature of
the support

bottom.
Adjusting shoulder support

Shoulder support:
The adjustable upper section of the seat
back supports the shoulder area of the seat
occupant's body. It enables a relaxed seat
position to be found and reduces the load
on the shoulder muscles.
