phase - generally phase V - to ground or via an impedance R

T = Exposed conductive parts directly grounded, independent of
grounding of current source (station ground)

Notes on project planning
The EMC requirements are only observed through specific measures (incl.
special mains filters).
HNF01, HNS02, NFD mains filters on mains grounded with outer
conductor
HNF01, HNS02 or NFD03.1 mains filters are not suited for opera‐
tion on mains grounded with outer conductor. Use isolating trans‐
formers.
