2.1 2.1 Defining a geometry axis as transverse axis

Within the framework of "milling" technology, the transverse axis refers to the machine axis
that travels perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the spindle, in other words, to

Definition
A geometry axis is defined as a transverse axis with:
MD20100 $MC_DIAMETER_AX_DEF (geometry axis as transverse axis function)
Restrictions
However, only exactly one geometry axis can be defined as transverse axis per channel.
