FUEL SYSTEM
Remove the injectors [1] from the fuel rail.
Remove the O-ring [1], cushion rubber [2] and seal ring
[3] from the injector [4].
Check the removed parts for wear or damage and
replace them if necessary.
INSTALLATION
Apply engine oil to a new O-ring [1] and a new seal ring
[2].
Install the cushion rubber [3] until it is fully seated.
Align the cushion rubber cut out with the injector
connector.
Install the seal ring to the injector [4], being careful not
to damage them.
Install the O-ring to the injector.
Install the injectors [1] to the fuel rail [2], being careful
not to damage the O-ring.
Align the injector body with the fuel rail tab [3] as
shown.
