LIGHTS/METERS/SWITCHES
PARKING BRAKE SWITCH REMOVAL/
INSTALLATION
Remove the parking brake lever holder cover [1].
Disconnect the parking brake switch connectors [1].
Remove the parking brake switch screw [2], parking
brake switch [3] and switch spring [4].
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
• Apply grease to the parking brake switch spring
sliding surface.
• Align the parking brake lever holder cover hole with
the holder boss.

TORQUE:
Parking brake switch screw:
1.2 N·m (0.1 kgf·m, 0.9 lbf·ft)
