COOLING SYSTEM
Remove the bolts [1] and radiator lower stay [2].
Release the radiator boss from the radiator mounting
rubber [3].
Release the fan motor 3P (Gray) connector [1], air
cleaner housing drain hose [2] and spark plug wire [3]
from the radiator [4].
Disconnect the fan motor 3P (Gray) connector and
remove the radiator.
Be careful not to damage the radiator fins.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
• Tighten the water hose band screws to the specified
range as shown.
• Route the wire harness and hoses properly (page 1-
25).
• Make sure the radiator mounting rubber slits facing
down.
• Align radiator lower stay slit with cylinder head tab.
Fill the recommended coolant mixture to the filler neck
and bleed the air (page 8-6).
