FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Remove the cap.
Remove the steering stem nut [1].
Remove the fork legs (page 17-25).
Release the following:
– Clutch cable (NC700X/XA) [1]
– Parking brake cable (NC700XD) [1]
– Left handlebar switch wire harness clamp [2]
– Throttle cables [3]
– Right handlebar switch wire harness clamp [4]
– Brake hose [5]
Remove the top bridge [6].
NC700XA/XD/SA/
SD:
Remove the bolt [1], front wheel speed sensor wire
guide [2] and brake hose joints [3].
Straighten the lock washer tabs [1].
Remove the steering stem adjusting lock nut [2] and
lock washer.
