11.15 Password Rules
If password rules have been applied, the following limitations are applied to
the passwords in order to increase security.
If password rules are applied and already specified passwords do not meet
the password rules, those passwords are not accepted when they are
entered. In that case, ask the administrator to change the passwords to meet
the following conditions.

The following conditions apply to the characters used in passwords.
Uppercase and lowercase letters are differentiated.
1-byte symbols can be used. However, usage of quotation marks ("), plus
signs (+) and spaces is partially restricted.
