ï‚· The sub-clock oscillator does not stop when entering software standby mode.
ï‚· It is possible to return from sleep mode to the previous operating state used before entering sleep mode. However,
when a transition from low-speed operating mode to sleep mode is made, it is possible to enter the previous state
used before entering low-speed operating mode.
ï‚· After exiting the reset state, operation starts in middle-speed operating mode.
